Kings Send Three First Rounders Down

Bernier and Hickey assigned to Manchester, Schenn to Juniors

Schenn amongst three Kings first round draft picks that were assigned to Manchester or returned or to their junior team.
LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Kings have announced the following player transactions:

Kings Roster | Projected Opening Night Lineup

Assigned to Manchester Monarchs (American Hockey League):
Jonathan Bernier – G
Thomas Hickey – D
Kevin Westgarth – RW

Returned to Junior Club:
Brayden Schenn – C (Brandon – Western Hockey League)

The Kings’ practice schedule at the Toyota Sports Center this week is scheduled as follows: Tomorrow (10 a.m.), Wednesday (10 a.m.), Thursday (10 a.m.) and Friday (10 a.m.). Practice times are subject to change.

The Kings host Phoenix in their Season/Home Opener on Saturday at STAPLES Center (7:30 p.m.).
